Help with Boss 5 spindle motor

Hi,
I'm new to this forum and I was wondering if someone could help me with my Brigdeport Boss 5. The X Y Z axes all work fine until the program tells me to start the spindle motor. I flip the switch and the motor jolts like it wants to start but immediately just cuts off and the limit switch red lights up. I tried to just start the motor manually without the software, and the same thing happens. Please help! Thanks.

No, it's 3 phase direct into the wall. Is there a way to just start the motor without the board?
