How to repeat a EZ-Trac Program

I just picked up an Ez-Trac Plus (1992) and I can't seem to make it repeat a conversational milling program. I always get a Err 2, or a conrad error. I really appreciate any help you guys can give this rookie. Thanks

Im assuming that you are using the repeat command in MDI. Make sure you have an End Repeat at the end of the program .....maybe ?

What I find on mine is that a conrad error is caused by a slight math discrepancy in the calculated geometry. Since these machines round off any dimension to the .0005 resolution, it may help to re-enter some of your positions or change them to match that resolution to handle the conflict. Especially when cutting multiple parts on a single setup and doing an incremental move to the next part running the same program. An accumulated dimension may round up or down for the control, but cannot resolve where those 2 endpoints should meet, but no longer do.

This is a EZTRAK PLUS which does not have a CRT but a LED display and the control is made by Southwestern Industries in California.
I have to find a programming manual for it but I do not remember it to have a repeat function like the newer EZTRAKS.

Thanks for the replies, I don't think it is a end repeat command in MDI, but the math discrepansy sounds likely. I am going to try changing my start and end positions and feeds and see if it will accept a repeat. Thank you all for your replies so far.
