What I find on mine is that a conrad error is caused by a slight math discrepancy in the calculated geometry. Since these machines round off any dimension to the .0005 resolution, it may help to re-enter some of your positions or change them to match that resolution to handle the conflict. Especially when cutting multiple parts on a single setup and doing an incremental move to the next part running the same program. An accumulated dimension may round up or down for the control, but cannot resolve where those 2 endpoints should meet, but no longer do.
