I'm selling a bunch of parts that came out of my BOSS3 control, including this power supply (see image). Does anyone know the voltage/amperage rating for this power supply? What input voltage does it use? The reason I ask is that I want to pass this info on to a potential ebay buyer. One more question - is this the power supply for the stepper motors, or the one for the BOSS3 computer? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MESE%3AIT&rd=1 |

| That is called the "axis drive chassis". The small transformer (T7) is the +24V power supply transformer and capacitor (C2 @ 3500mF). The 6 silver caps (5500mF) are for the +56V power supply, but I am not too sure where the 56V transformer (T6) is located. Wire numbers 34 and 35 attach the output of T6 to the bridge rectifier (BR1). --Eric |

| Careful as the large heatsink there has 4 bridge rectifiers on it. One for the 56 V supply and 3 for the drive power supply which is what the 56 V caps are for. Yes, it is confusing. Look at the print I loaded up in the previous trend. The T2 transformer (3 phase) puts out between 54 to 63 VAC for the drives. George
