Heidenhain TNC 124 NEED HELP DATA Connection

Not sure where to post this but,

I need help getting a data connection between a office PC and the Heidenhain TNC-124 WmW machine.

Right now I have a data cable running in between to RJ-45 connectors via a com port convertor.

The machine does not see the PC in the office.

All cables are tested and good.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also if someone could point me to technical guide my answer might be there. Google can't seem to find it.

TNCremoNT (TNCserver application), use the FE mode!

Looks like he pin out of the DB9 has be a certain pin out. I looked at the diagram in the manual listed above on page 115. But I have no idea what color is the TXD and so on. A Google search shows multiple pinouts. But , it makes no clear cut answer.
