    Interact 4 series 2 - X Axis system defective

    Can anyone help? We have a Interact 4 Series 2 Heidenhain 151 and the error "X Axis system defective A" has just come up flashing.

    Most likely exactly what it says. check the cabling and peek under the encoder cover and see if anything looks amiss there
