Hardinge VMCII

I've been having some problems with my Hardinge VMC 1000II . My swing arm tool changer keeps blowing the air lines off the air cylinder located behind the swing-arm. I've came to the conclusion that the lock-ring inside the air fitting is destroyed but trying to find another fitting to replace it is becoming impossible. Not just any fitting will work it must be a certain height to fit between the cylinder and the head of the machine. This is what i know about the fitting its black and the threads are British standard the air line is 10mm and its a 90° swivel the critical height is from the thread to the top if the 90° bend which is 1.280 . Any help as far as where to get one and there # would be much appreciated thanks
