Torq-Cut 22 Axis Over Current Alarm

What are some common causes of a Z-axis over current alarm? I have had the z-axis motor rebuilt and installed a new z-axis drive and I still get a z-axis over current alarm. I can jog the z-axis with the hand wheel with no problem. If I try to jog it with the rapid button I get the alarm. I can clear the alarm and jog with wheel, no prpblem, jog it with rapid button and instant alarm. Before I had the motor worked on, I used to get a following error. Now it is the over current alarm.

Lower the rapid rate. It might make the machine run.
Rapid requires a lot of power to accelerate the mass of the axis.
Also the original SEM motor was found to not have enough power to move the Z axis.
Thus Bridgeport replaced the SEM motor with the Parvex motor. This required its own set of parameters and a higher output drive. FYI.

Installed a Drive and motor from EMI and still no luck. I can lower z-axis traverse rate and get it to run a little while before it faults.

What is your power source? True 3 phase, or a phase converter?
