I am bothered with myself for not asking for electronic circuit board schematics for this machine. If you can send me to the right place it will make my day. Thanks,

| There is a full manual download in pdf format. go here: http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/...ges/index.html it's 132 pages and beginning with section 7.1 is the wiring schemactic for a 1J and 2j bridgeport, I believe. -Paul |

| Perhaps, you need to be more specific. Typically there is not a schematic for a series 1 standard. There are schematics for a power feed. 6F or 8F? Or did you mean a NC or CNC? Or did you mean mechanical drawings? George

Hi Bob, I have a complete manual on a Series 1. Was control circuitry or main power schematic you wanted. Which No. Boss control, not sure if they are different. Perhaps you can help me, have you got any schematics on 70's 80's Metal Meccanica's. Dave |

| Thanks for your reply. I need the control circuit schematics for the electronic stepping motor control boards. If you have this information it would help a lot. Thanks, Bob

I will dig them out and scan them. Have you got problems with one then? The boards are quite solid on them but the drive transistors fail regular if they are over pulsed. Ended up driving the boards with an allegr chip via pc, but still got the transistor problem. Have you got anything on the Metal Meccanica? Dave |

| Yes, I have a problem with the Z axis. I found that the transformer used for the z axis had a shorted primary winding puting out too much voltage and burnt the transistors. I rewound the transformer and replaced the transistors, I cant regulate the higher voltage on the Z axis only. so I think that the schematics will reduce my trouble shooting time. I am looking forward to seeing if I can get the schematics. Thanks, Bob
