    Lube Y axis Saddle

I have a BPT VMC1000-30. Over the last 4-5 months there has been no oil usage. Made a pencil mark on the tank back in October and no change in level. Started to disassemble things one at a time. Pump is pumping, oil is getting to manifold blocks, not getting oil out of the metering valves.
Took apart the metering valves and cleaned them. Tried to use compressed air and attaching a hose to the outlet side under water. Not getting air out of most of them.
So called the vendor (Dropsa) They are close by and new ones were very inexpensive so bought replacements. Installed them, no change.
Tried more and less pressure on the Dropsa pump(between 30 and 60 psi) no change.
Should I see oil coming out of the metering valve if there is no hose attached?

    Any thoughts?

    Fixed.

Talking to Tech support at Dropsa we found that when the manifold was replaced (inside the pump tank, not external to the machine) last year a check valve was left installed that should have been removed. We were only getting about 1/10 the oil we should have.
