Drip feed? I don't know about that controller but with my TNC151 I can drip feed a large file.
I transfered files but have never used the drip feed feature.
Hi,
I am using a BP Eztrak 2 CNC . I create a g-code file with 500 kB , when i want to load the file into the machine i always get the message buffer overflow .Files with 100kB can i load . In what kind of way i can use the tall file ?

You can drip feed from floppy or hard drive. I posted some pictures on this several years ago. Check out this thread it may help you. The maximum file size you can run without drip feeding is 256K.
Older Bridgeport with outdated cpu
Only the 3 axis EZTRAK has the ability to DNC. The reason for the buffer overflow is that you load a file to the BMDC which has a finite memory.
I believe that you generated a program with a CAD system. They stitch together a program in blocks and there is a lot of extra lines of code. Have you tried to write the same program using the conversational side of the machine?
