Please understand that I believe people are hesitant to help due to the enormity of the task. Communication is one thing. writing a program is easier if a machinist does it that knows material, work holding, tooling, feeds and speeds, and coolant. Without the proper background, it will be easy to get hurt.

thanks for your concern with my saftey...yes iam sure it would be great to be able to take off work and have the money to go to school...if i went to school i wouldnt be on here asking so many basic questions .. now that i have the machine i need to get it to making money cant really wait to graduate from machine school...now if anybody would like to give just basic things i should know (far as comm with the machine) that would be great...i know this is a major task to complete..not asking one person to write a book for me ,just some basic's thanks guys for the help..

p.s. iam not rich but i would be willing to pay someone who knows this machine to give me some basic on hands training..iam in the birmingham alabam area..
