What does "cut off" mean? The panel circuit breaker trips? The breaker (CB1) in the spindle cabinet trips? Only on M6 and M25? Does the spindle start and stop normally if you use M03/04 and M05?

I think to get specific advice you will need to give more specific decryptions of your conditions and symptoms.

The MTI-1 board works perfect with m3,m4,m5 command but after you call m6 or m25 after the quill retracts and the spindle cuts off for you to do a tool change when you go to start the machine back up you get a spindle error the only way to get the machine back running I have to remove one of the fuses from the MTI-1 board to get it back on.

I noticed on my new MTI-1 card the two resistors numbers R11 and R12 are 330 ohms 5 watts on the old board they are 150 ohms 5 watts would this cause the problems?

I doubt it if your +/-12vdc supply is correct.
