Hi Having a heck of a time getting this mill up and running. X axis was tripping in + direction when doing rapid move, worked fine other direction. Swapped Z axis motor and encoder with X axis motor & encoder. Now I don't know if it's a fluke that this fault just popped up or if it's related. I don't think it's related, but when I go to home all axis now the X axis will move off the home switch then reverse direction and immediately kick axis off line, when it hits home switch again... I should check limit switch maybe as it is normally closed? perhaps it's not making contact? |
