Bridgeport Fast-OP

I have a 2003 Bridgeport VMC 800 XP2 with a Fanuc 18i-MB control and GIFU 30 tool horizontal axis tool changer. The Fast-OP functions stoppped working and corrospondingly, the tool changer doesn't work. It worked fine previously but since I rarely use the tool changer, I simply hadn't noticed it wasn't working. I don't have a lot of tools to leave in the changer and changing tools manually has been the quickest way to get the job done on the prototyping and onesey twosys I have been doing. However, I'd like to get it working again. I load programs using the PCMCIA slot, using files geneated by CAD-CAM software (Pro-E & Pro-Mfg). I can activate the "custom" functions key on the MDI panel to bring up the screen (attached image) but if I select any of the "soft key" functions, such as F1 for "All Axis to Machine Zero", it responds with "5010 End Of Record" (attached image). I get the same response if I try to run the default tool changer exercize program #7777. In MDI mode, if I enter N1T1M6; and press "cycle start", the tool carrusel rotates to pot #1 as it should but if I enter M1; and press "cycle start", nothing happens. Have I inadvertantly deleted a macro that I shouldn't have? Does anyone have a similar machine and would be willing to provide a listing of the necessary Fast-OPs files that should be loaded?

Thanks for the help; Helmuth
