Error "X Axis High Voltage is Low"

Wow, talk about gremlins…
This sucker may have had power spike or other…I don’t know.

Got through the ADC error, and now I have “X Axis High Voltage is Low”.

There is around 96Volts (from T2) coming into the capacitor assembly labeled “135 Volt Power Supply” which appears to feed the Axis control boards.

The ac is 96 Volts on the way in and does not come out. No power out of the “135V Power Supply”.
It looks like the Power Supply assembly consists of (2) diodes and a large blue capacitor.

Part Num Cornell Dubilier
DCMX153T200DF2B……15,000uF 200VDC

Anyone know for a Torqcut 22, what the correct input and out voltages would be on the Power Supply feeding the Axis control boards??

Looking for a Torqcut 22 Controller manual on PDF.

Thanks,
CD

For future benefit.

This was a very simple fix, but easily over looked.

We replaced 5 amp fuses with 5amp fuses, but they blew instantly and we did not know. So, we looked a little closer and realized that 5amp fuses was certainly not enough for this circuit when 2 or more motors are pulling.

First, we checked for shorts, etc. Then disconnected the outbound power and one by one reconnected everything, each time checking the power supply. All looks good.

We put in 20amp fuses and they held. I believe the 20amp fuses are still lighter that what BP specs for this power supply. We are using the fuse specification on the Torq-cut 22 wiring schematic.

Thanks,
CD
