    EZ Vision readout accuracy problems

I'm having a problem with the accuracy of the readout on an EZ Vision Mill, such as I can pick up an edge, make a cut, but it will consistently be about .005 off.... any ideas....anybody....maybe somthin dirty? The mill is only three years old.

Maybe reader head is loose. Either where it mounts or maybe inside the scale.
