Hello any help
Hello all, I just picked up a 1990 bridgeport interact series 1 mk 2 with the heidenhain 2500 controller, my quistion is I would like to run it with 220 I have the wiring diagram so I changed the T4 transformer to A2 B2 C2 for 220 volts is this the only change I have to make for it to run off of 220? Thank You for any help
Hello any help
My book shows 3 transformers.
T1 provides 24VDC unregulated and 110 VAC.
T2 provides the power to the axis drives
T3 provides the 50 VAC for lighting and 220VAC for the 2 regulated 24VDC power supplies.
Page 3 shows a T4 optional transformer with output wire 170, 171, 172. These would go to the usual input of the machine so T4 in theory should convert the entire machine to whatever you have coming in. Wires 170 through 172 is on the top left corner of page 1 of the wiring diagrams.

I changed the inputs on t4 to 220/230v do I change the outputs to 200/210v? does any body have the same machine running off of 220? or does any body have a maintenance manual they could copy and email me?
