I have a V2XT that I recently added chip/coolant shields around the table and a flood coolant tank and pump. Everything works great but I was wonder how I can connect the pump so that it turns on and off with the spindle like the Accu-lube mist system does. I know the DX32 control has the capability but I don't see anywhere inside the cabinet where I can connect it. Looking at the wiring diagram, I see there is an output on the Aux board for flood coolant but I imagine that is where the mist is currently connected, but I'm just guessing, I haven't looked that close yet. Has anyone every done this before and is it even possible on a V2XT? I have a high serial number V2XT, possibly one of the last off the line so it has the latest parts that were put into a VZXT. Thanks for any help you may have. |
