Hi. We have a problem with the lubrication on our VMC600-22 digita in that the oil is not being pumped to the bearings and ball screws. It is getting to the small union under the motor-end cover but thats it... I had a chat with Hardinge and they say you can only access the larger distribution under the table with the top of the table removed. My question is, has anyone had any experience of removing the table or disassembly of the linear slides? (Is it just a case of removing the plastic bungs from the bottom of the slide rails and removing the bolts then disconnecting the ballscrew?) I would be grateful for any help.
