Problem- dx32 error

I have a BP 760/22 and during machining it gives me an error constantly "Z-Move: Tool-Changer Not Safe". I have the definition for the error, but its not in a toolchange state at the time it has the error.

George will certainly know the answer but in the mean time, check the proximity switch that senses the tool changer is retracted away from the spindle.

I had to change the board that controls tool changes on mine but cannot remember what the error was at that time.

These machines are getting older now and I know from time to time the plug in connections are failing on mine. Typicaly when heavy cuts get her shaking a bit. I have been able to cure some errors and issues by carefully unpluging and reconnecting the many connectors on boards in the control box.

PS If you have a wire diagram, focus on just relevent connections. One day I thought I would just do them all. Fixed 1, gained another.
