Hi Guys. Has anyone had any history of this problem? I have a VMC 500-16. I had a power cut mid tool change. Since then the carousel is not driven to position with any real force and has a few 'lumps' in the movement. It doesn't engage with the tool holder particularly well, and does not remain at the back stop after a tool change or during the cycle (it springs back) so an error is shown unless I hold it back in position. I am currently having to pull/push the carousel in for tool change, but I would like some pointers as to the reason why this is happening and if there are any tests I can do to solve this? Many thanks. Rich. |
