I have a Hardinge Conquest T-42 (serial # SGA-2071-B) with Fanuc 18T. Battery ran down on Fanuc controller for X and A axis. Did the Zero Return reset procedure on both axis'. Noticed during the X axis procedure we couldnt turn the spindle in "jog" mode. Only if we run a program. The C axis drive shows 2 dashed lines (not ready) on the LED readout. It runs fine in auto. Is there some type of reset or procedure that needs to be done on the C axis drive in order to be able to turn the spindle in jog mode? |
