Interact 1 151 axes dead in water

Hello all,

this is my first post on CNC Zone.

I have an issue that I am hoping you can be of some assistance with.

My Interact 1 151 seems to not want to move any axis. The machine was recently moved and has been very picky ever since. I've Ohm'd out every switch I can find on teh machine and tracked down what voltages I can in the cabinet. The machine seems to only work when it wants to, in that some mornings when I fire it up it is fine, other days I get to a situation where the control is working properly, I have power to the spindle, but no power at all to any of the axes. The T2 transformer in the box is cold, while T1 and T3 are warm as they're supposed to be. No LEDs on the control boards are lit. What is preventing me from getting power to the control boards? I have enough oil in the float reservoir, proper air to the machine, the control seems to be happy enough. I'm very confused as I'm definitely not a controls engineer and am about at the limit of my knowledge with this machine so far. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Richard

Got it!

Sticky float switch got all gummed up in transport/draining etc. Odd that it was intermittent though.

Glad you found it, oil switch is a pretty common thing, there is no error message and it can drive you nuts

Glad to hear you got it figured out !!!!! That machine has always been a great machine. I never had any problems with it. So sorry to hear you have been having problems. I guess it didn't like the move.
