Need Help!- Erickson Quick Change collar nut stop screw???

Hey all! It's been a while since I posted. I'm about to start retrofitting my second Bpt Series 1 CNC. I have adjusted the clamping on the Erickson Quick Change a few times and in the process, I have to clear out (re-open) the hex on the 10-32 button head screws 'cause they get so beat up. One has a dog point and the other two are dummies. Does anybody have a source for these screws? I'd make them myself, but that little 1/8 dog point takes such a beating they have to be hardened.

BTW, I went to the auction preview in Bridgeport when they went out of business years ago, but the stock had already been picked over pretty well.

The screw should last a long time,they are not hardened, just a standard
10-32 button head with the end turned down to suit

George - I have an email in to Kennametal...couldn't find any mention of it on their website.
Mactek - They do last a long time, but once it comes time for adjustment (like now) the hex socket is so peened over from the wrench impacting it, it takes me a half an hour just to get them out! I guess this should have been my first clue that they are NOT hardened! I just assumed wrong. Thanks.

Mill a slot in your wrench to clear the button head screws, Then you won't mess up the heads of the screws

What a great idea! Nice simple solution. Thanks. BTW, I just got a dwg from Kennametal IDing the screws. Can't wait to see what they get for these! If it's crazy expensive, I'll just make a few. Thanks again, guys!

What is the lock nut number is it a QC30 ,QC40 or QC50? I should be able to find the screws Thanks Dave
