Need Help!- Bridgeport Boss 5

Hi Guys

I have Boss5 machine that blows the FU4 fuse. I replaced the fuse and turned the machine on and the fans run and the operator panel lights up. When I push
The red limit switch that’s when it blows the fuse. I checked the 24v and 56v power supply along with the regulated and unregulated power and all is good. One other thing, it blows the red limit bulb. I saw it get bright and blow. Replaced the bulb and it did it again. This was a good working machine. Any help would be appreciated.

I made some progress and got the machine to stop blowing the FU4 fuse and it isn’t blowing the red limit bulb. However the limit light won’t go out and the axis drive is dead. After checking things out CR1 is not engaging and I found a broken diode at CR1 pin 2-10. I can’t find a value for this in the books. Dos anybody know the value or a replacement number.

is the table tripping one of the limit switches? If it is i think you will have to hold the red button to jog it off the switch to enable the axis drive
do yourself a favor if you haven't already, get a hillbilly bob and mach 3.
