Somewhere in the DX control yhere is a key labeled STM where you can give it a spindle speed or call up a tool. Look for it. Somewhere in my feeble brain 6 comes up. Maybe F6 or 6 on the keypad.

Been a while since I ran one of these Torq-Cuts. Is there a way to do a simple tool change without creating a program and writing a T?M6 command? I found a Tool Change option on the main Setup page but there are only two options, Load Tool and Home Magazine. Selected Load Tool and Carousel opens but no further options. I don't have the manual for it either. Any help appreciated.

(Note: The opinions expressed in this post are my own and are not necessarily those of CNCzone and its management)
Look at the main screen it has several boxes in which 6 is STM
Press 6 -look at top of screen-you can enter a tool number and enter-
then I think it says to press any key and it will execute the tool change
this is just off the top of my head,
machintek can clarify Im sure if not exactly correct
Hope this helps
If not i can fire up the mill and get it exact for you
