e-z trak/dx problem

I replaced my original motherboard/pc with a pentium pro 200 mhz the board has ISA slots for the BMDC card and reloaded the software on the hard drive but once the software starts up and the sequence starts when the machine homes itself the X,Y,and Z run in reverse from normal and bottom out at the end of travel and start to thump I am running EZ_TRAK 6.00_5.78 the same version I used before the pc died.
any ideas what the problem is?

update I found a blown cap on the axs bob board ( # 390437 ) the blown cap is in position (C6) can anyone please tell me the number on this cap?

I do not have a print of that board but I believe you may be taking about the mustard colored tantalum capacitor in the corner? Never seen one go bad but all these machines are getting older. It is a 5VDC device because I have measured 5 VDC there. EMI-inc.net may be able to help you.
