Bridgeport Interact 1 Jog Wheel Problem

Hi all, excuse my lack of knowledge as I am fairly new to the scene.

We had problems with the screen on the mill, so the whole Heidenhain T151 control box was sent off, fixed, and re-fitted. Now everything works fine and I had my first lesson with the machine having never used a CNC one before, however the jog wheel is completely inoperative. All manual control joysticks are fine, and before an electrician is called out I thought I would check to see if there is potetially an easy fix.

there is a connector for the handwheel on the back of the control

Does handwheel mode come up?

Hi, if you push the handwheel button it does light up correctly, but no input, the other manual controls work fine though.
