My Boss 6 has been running OK with Mach 3 and Hillbilly's BOB. Just replaced the BP drives with Gecko 203V's. I unchecked the MaxNC box and set the ports and pins for the XYZ. Set them to active low. Powered the BOB axis outputs with +5 VDC. Connected the Gecko commons to 0V. All axis' move, but at 1/10 the DRO displayed amount. The motors growl and are jerky. |

| Would have to fire up my homebuilt router to check but cant you set units per step in MACH 3 under config-motor tuning-steps per unit? I would have to look at MACH 3 to see ,I dont recall offhand but the motor tuning can be done there. I will look into it tommorrow for you. |
