Need Help!- Replaced Boss 6 drives with Gecko 203V's.

My Boss 6 has been running OK with Mach 3 and Hillbilly's BOB. Just replaced the BP drives with Gecko 203V's. I unchecked the MaxNC box and set the ports and pins for the XYZ. Set them to active low. Powered the BOB axis outputs with +5 VDC. Connected the Gecko commons to 0V. All axis' move, but at 1/10 the DRO displayed amount. The motors growl and are jerky.

Would have to fire up my homebuilt router to check but cant you set units
per step in MACH 3 under config-motor tuning-steps per unit?
I would have to look at MACH 3 to see ,I dont recall offhand but the motor tuning can be done there.
I will look into it tommorrow for you.

Geckos are 10uStep drives and your originals would likely have been full step so multiply your steps per unit on Motor Tuning by 10 and remember to save each axis as you go.

Thanks. That did it. I guess I should dig out my Mach 3 instructions and recalibrate each axis also. Motors are still noisy.
