Drives not on error

Hello,

I have a dxII ez-trak. when I power up the machine i get the red and green lights on the drives I get the 2 red leds on the bmdc until it counts down, only to 12 that's good, then they go out. when I go to home the axises the y moves about one revolution of the hand wheel and I get the " drives not on failed to home" error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
