I am retrofitting an R2E3. If anyone needs any spare electronic parts, let me know.

Also, I'm looking for the high/low/neutral gear shift lever if anyone might have one of those available?

I'm looking for a 400 drive if you have one, maybe a encoder if they are same as mine.

2 of the NC400 drives (no idea if they are good or not) and whatever is left in the cabinet.
