Hi everyone, first time doing this on the site, we have a bridgeport eztrak II our monitor went out so we replaced it and now the screen is in the lower right corner how do we adjust the horizontal and vertical hold control
Sounds more like you have a newer HD monitor that is being fed a VGA signal.
Try changing the display on the monitor set up.

how do you get to the monitor set-up in the system and the numbers on the screen that tell you what buttons to push do not show up on the screen thanks again

You need the book on the monitor.
There is not much you can do on the machine motherboard end unless you have a new modern mother board. And then You would have to consult that manual.
