Bridgeport CNC New Program Error

When i go to write a new program on our CNC Mill using EZ-SPS Mill i get a message that pops up showing this:
ERROR opening PRGM NEW.MDI
then flashes to another message:
ERROR--PRGM LOAD FAILED
Theres no way to exit out of this with out restarting the CNC and Homing the X,Y, and Z axis.
Is there anyone who can tell me how to fix this problem so it will not happen anymore?

Do you have the manual? Does it have a list of errors? Is it loaded onto a PC or onto a machine? If a machine, which machine?

Have you ever deleted any programs it had or generated? It may not have a blank program to open and then save as.
