Need Help!- EZVISION Help

I'm having some trouble understanding what the heck this machine wants in it's g-code programs. When I try to run a program, sometimes it'll run thru, until I find an error, sometimes it won't run and other times it'll read right thru to the end M30 without doing anything. I've tried % signs at either end of the program, a colon at the start, the usual O1234 name format at the start, but I can't pinpoint what is the cause of my problems.

My biggest problem is that I don't know if I should follow the DX32 programming manual I found, or should I try a Fanuc program?

If anyone can shed some light, I'd appreciate it.

Here is a program of a sprocket. I just posted the profile operation. This is the .pgm format. This works in the older EZTraks. I don't know if it will work in your EZVision or not.

If your EZvision is like the EZtrak you should use the DX32 post.

I loaded the file that you sent me. When I run it the toolpath looks nothing like a sprocket. I'll try and attach an image of the on-screen simulation. Also, I run out of table travel in the Y axis, so I'm unable to run the entire program.

ps, does your log-in have anything to do with the Grand National Cross Country series? Just wondering...
