This video shows my mill that I converted to EMC. I recently completed putting servo control on the knee, as well as having a 12 inch 4th axis that is servo controlled. The video that is embedded on this page shows all of this, flood coolant, forward/reverse spindle, rigid tapping, drilling cycle, knee going up and down, and SIMULTANEOUS 5 axis movements with all axes moving synchronously from G code.
