Need Help!- MillPort CNC upgrade inprogress, need mechanical parts now.....

Hey guys I'm hoping someone here can point me in the correct direction. I have a Mill Port 3KVHC CNC mill which is currently getting a Mach 3 upgrade from a Crusader II setup. I am making good progress and will be posting info once complete. I played around with the spindle for a while today and finally gave in and tore the head of the machine apart as I have put too much effort in to the machine to have the head making all kinds of noise. The long story short is almost every bearing is sub par which I can take care of. My problem is where can I get a hold of the plastic splined bushings the variable speed pulleys move on? Mine are roached and making these from scratch doesn't look like something I want to tackle right now. I've seen several different brands of machines that look nearly identical to mine, I'm sure parts exist somewhere. Any info or guidance anyone can offer is greatly appreicated.
