Hi, I've been playing around with a V2XT and can't seem to figure out how to zero the Z-Axis at the top of the part? I have tried Set_X_Y_Z and it dosn't seem to change anything. Any help would be appreciated. Bob Home

| Hi SS_again, Thanks for the reply. Yeah I understand that the tool height settings are part of the program, but all I want to do is stick a tool in the mill, touch off the top of the part and set Z=0 for that tool. I can do this in my shop using Mach3 and EMC2. But the vx2t is at my cousins shop and I just use it when I need a big mill. Can I do this or do I have to pick a tool as a default (zero tool) and then set my tool relative to the default tool? Thanks, Bob Home
