Does anyone know a good source for Overload Heaters for Sylvania Contacters. We understand they are obsolete are not available for usual sources. We are in the process of rewiring our R2E3 from 460V to 208V . We found that the 230/460V T2 transformer actually has a 208V tap that is not documented :-) We have overload heaters for 460V and are looking for a set for 208V and 230V. The 208V being the priority. Anyone who has found a source or has set for sal please contact me directly dave@dfmtech.com. |

| Why dont you by-pass the existing ones and mount a separate free-standing overload block (any make) below the present contactor? Al.

| re: Al_The_Man comments Yes you could do that. We prefer to keep things like this as stock as possible. Or totally start from a clean sheet of paper. But with a bit of skulking around we found some ones locally. :-) We now should have beaten the electrical side into submission. |
