Commutation Signals alignment to the motor shaft

Hi all,
Is there anyone to tell how to adjust commutation signals in ERN1387 rotary encoder to the seimens ac servo motor ?
This encoder has signals A,B,R ,C and D.
A and B are used for incremental and C and D are for used commutation for the motor.
