Best to replace them all and flush the lines out, also take the pump apart and clean the reservoir, the oil gets gummy after many years use.

The Bijur are about $20 and they have an aftermarket part for about $17.

Boy you are right there! Some of the old parafin based way oil if left idle would turn to wax!

There is a filter element and screens at the bottum of the pump you should replace also.

We have taken the pump completely apart and cleaned it. Working fine as a manual pump now.

There was a ton of gunk in the bottom of the tank.

We do plan to take off all the lines and flush them, but got to get oil past the tee first.

    Thanks

    Tom
