any chance someone can send me this file or a link to it? i have not been able to find it anywhere. I'm in the process of reassembling my milling machine and would like to try this file to see what's wrong with the bmdc card. thanks for any help

just tested the bmdc card. It fails the memory test at address 00000800 says data was 00000000 then in load and run test, it says bmdc not running, Loading bmdc...... waiting for bmdc \bmdc timeout. does anyone know off hand which chip that memory address resides in?

I am not 100% sure on this so if someone out there does know for sure yell at me.
I believe the software from the hard drive has to load correctly for the bmdc to load.
I had problems with my machine when I first got it home where the bmdc would not load and after i pulled it out and cleaned the contacts on it and it loaded fine after that.
I had hard drive problems once turned out to be the ribbon cable to the drive
was bad bmdc would time out.
My tc 22 is down right now after a power supply to the motherboard went out and has the whole system messed up.
I am in the middle of another project right now and havent had time to address it
