The program size is limited by the memory of the BMDC board. When you save and load, the save goes to your hard drive and load goes to your BMDC.
If you have a 3 axis EZTRAK, it can DNC (drip feed) thus allowing you to run programs bigger than the memory of the BMDC. The 2 axis software cannot.

    DNC EZtrak

You should be able to run a program of a 1000 lines easily. You may have another issue. Usually you can run around five to six thousand lines before you reach the 256K limit.

Check out this thread from awhile back. I took some pictures of my control. Hope this will help you out.

    Cool THANKS

    George and Pete
    Thanks for the information.
I am using a mastercam post MPEZTRAK which puts out a pgm file
a MPEZTRKG which puts out a TXT file.
Both are setup to count the block numbers in 10 digit increment
    N1000
N1010 and so on I need to change the post.
hitting that N9999 is a problem.

    Line Numbering

I don't know if you were able to modify your post yet, but just in case there is a way you can do it right on your control. Go to the edit screen and hit number 2 for resequence. Enter 1 and 1 and it will renumber your program by ones.

    Hope this helps you out.

Thanks ! I got the post fixed on the numbering.
Now I have to fix the post so it will drill.
It hangs up on the drill cycle.
