comms problems on 410

hi, we are having trouble returning programmes from 3 bridgeport vmc 1000 machines to the machine file. There is no problem getting the files into the control only returning them.
In our efforts to solve this we have only found that there is no common problem it just stops at any line.

Does anyone else have this trouble or have had it in the past.
