Torq cut 22

I had a guy work on my machine last week and he removed a part and took it with him.The dead beat guy has flew the coop and his phone will not work. The part he removed was in the below the 4 drive controllers with 4 wires going to it, 2 with 185 and 2 with 186, What am i missing?
