Hey, I put this on the wrong forum yesterday. I would like to get a manual for mill and proto trak control, I looked around on the web, even looked at SWI web site but nothing match up to the control that I have. I want to down load a freebe if I could find a site with free stuff on it. So heres the PIC of mill. |

Hey, Plug in control to check power to the drives, the fan would not run, looking a little closer, I noticed black pcs of the blade in the bottom of black box. I pick up a pcs. and it was like dust between my fingers. I removed a fan from the smaller bridgeport controll unit, and will be installing on series 2 and checking to see if it turns on when powered up. I hope to get one running, the little mill is sweet also. but the series has alot more power and bigger table for heavy milling ops Pic on left is the smaller mil that I might be sell after I get the series 2 up and running. middle pic removing fan, right pic getting ready to install in series2 |

Hi friends, Its a lot of work trying to move the series 2 in place with out a tow motor, so my Son and I put bars under the mill and push it into place, we are not satisfied at the location, it needs to be moved back 11" and to the right 8" that will be perfect !!!! There have been alot of looks at the progress, so I will keep those fans of mine up to date with some pics. I did change the fan and its running, Trying to learn how to use the prototrak control, did some simple events with it yesterday. |
