Bridgeport Carousel Keeps spinning Help

Has anyone any suggestions, we have bridgeport bpc320h with fanuc 6m,
It references in z, but the atc pops out and keeps spinning and will not reference up.

This happened after a power failure when the carousel was in the out position

Help much appreciated we are lost,???
