| Hi, We currently ran into hard drive issues with our Torq Cut 22, DX-32 controller. I changed the hard drive, reinstalled DOS 6.22 and the operating software to version: 4.30/6.81. Machine boots up but when I try to turn the drivers on I get the following errror: "C-axis drive over current fault". I tried contacted Hardinge but they can't help me nor can the company we purchased it from 14 years ago. Any help would be great, also if anyone has updated software I can get that would be great also. Thanks! |

| Do you have a 4th axis on the machine? Usually when the 4th axis is plugged in, a set of pins are used as a jumper to tell the control. Then the C axis is displayed on the CRT and it expects it to be homed. George
