Hello Memebers, I have TNC370 with simudrive 611 analog with 6SN1123-1AA00-0DA0 Spindle is not working and i found that IGBT on V Phase has been shorted out. I installed the other one but after two days working this again became shorted. Motor insulation and winding resistance are .6 ohm. Need kind attention in this regard. wahid bashir  |
