Hello Memebers,
I have TNC370 with simudrive 611 analog with 6SN1123-1AA00-0DA0
Spindle is not working and i found that IGBT on V Phase has been shorted out. I installed the other one but after two days working this again became shorted.
Motor insulation and winding resistance are .6 ohm.
Need kind attention in this regard.

In many cases with IGBT drives the firing board is affected or is the original cause of the problem.
