Using a ProtoTRAK Bridgeport, I take some squared up acrylic blanks, roughly 1 x 8 x .250, and mill a pattern into one side. While the finish is good, it is still noticeably a milled finish. Has anyone had any experience trying to mounting some form of polishing wheel(s) and buffing out the finish, using the tool path that's already there from the milling? Thanks. |
